Exel Composites’ Annual Financial Report, Remuneration Report and Corporate Governance Statement for 2020 have been published today. The Annual Financial Report for the period from 1 January to 31 December 2020 includes the Board of Directors’ Report, the review by the President and CEO, the consolidated financial statements, the financial statements of the parent company and the auditor’s report.

Exel Composites’ official consolidated financial statements have been published in accordance with the ESEF-directive in XHTML format including XBRL tags on the primary statements. The audit firm Ernst & Young Oy has issued an independent auditor’s reasonable assurance report on Exel Composites’ ESEF Financial Statements.
