Exel Composites is looking for a Business Development Manager to accelerate growth in the USA and North America. In this role, you will build new markets, win new customers, and turn opportunity into revenue within advanced composite solutions. This is not a maintenance role — this is a chance to create momentum, influence strategy, and build something meaningful.

You will work in the front line of growth, collaborating closely with global colleagues, industry leaders, and decisionmakers across regions. You will have the freedom and responsibility to identify opportunities, shape commercial strategies, and convert ambition into results. You will report directly to the VP, Sales & Marketing, Engineered Solution Business Unit, giving you strong visibility and impact at senior level.

What you’ll do

  • Hunt for and win new business by identifying high potential markets, customers, and partnerships.
  • Own the growth agenda in your focus areas — from first contact to long-term customer relationships.
  • Lead and influence sales and market entry strategies in close collaboration with global stakeholders.
  • Build trusted relationships with customers and act as a commercial sparring partner, not just a seller.
  • Drive measurable revenue growth and market expansion in competitive, evolving industries.
  • Work hands-on with Sales, Product Management, and Operations to turn opportunities into delivered value worldwide.
