EXEL OYJ’S ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING AND FINANCIAL CALENDAR IN 2005

Exel Oyj’s Annual General Meeting will be held on Wednesday 14 April
2005 at 10.00 am in the Marski room of the World Trade Center at
Aleksanterinkatu 17, Helsinki, Finland.

Exel will publish its financial statement bulletin on Thursday 24
February 2005 at approximately 11 am and its Annual Report on week 10.

In 2005 Exel will publish interim reports as follows:

  - January – March on Tuesday 3 May 2005 at approx. 11 am
  - January – June on Tuesday 26 July 2005 at approx. 11 am
  - January – September on Thursday 3 November 2005 at approx. 11 am

Stock exchange releases will be published in Finnish and in English.
After publication the releases can be found on the Company’s website
at www.exel.net.
